MRAILS has been carving a name for itself in the South-East Asian region since 2005, it decided to lay roots at home as of 2009 and established in Kuala Lumpur with presence and on-going ventures in Sri Lanka, India, Angola, South Africa and Indonesia

MRAILS is a locomotive technology provider which offers Tram, Monorail, Low-Medium Speed Maglev, Speed Rail, and Railway Upgrades. The engineering team is also credited with the conceptualization of the "Next Generation Tram", the world's first environmentally friendly engineering technology design that runs on a Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) engine

MRAILS the company's wholesome objective compliments inspiring President and Managing Director Dato' Jeya Kumar's vision of a wholly Malaysian owned economical cross-border high-speed commuter railway link between Singapore and Thailand. This has even garnered them a partnership with China's CNR Tangshan Railway Co. Ltd. MRAILS is set to make its mark on home soil beginning with The Melaka Tram

His Highness Tengku Abdul Rahman, 51, a member of the Pahang Royalty was educated at Harrow College, United Kingdom in Business Administration.

His Highness Tengku Abdul Rahman was appointed as Chairman of MRAILS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD in early 2010.

Besides MRAILS, His Highness is also Chairman of Tanjong Agas Supply Base & Marine Services Sdn Bhd and a Director of Atlan Holdings BHD

PRESIDENT / MANAGING DIRECTOR

Y.BHG DATO¡¯ DR. JEYAKUMAR (HON Ph.D)

Y.BHG DATO¡¯ DR. JEYAKUMAR, a Malaysian aged 46 is the founder of MRAILS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD. As an engineer; headed the engineering design of ¡°The Next Generation Tram¡± an eco-green environmental friendly that runs on NGV Engine. He has created a virtual infrastructure project empire. In mass transportation alone, he is involved in projects in no less than 6 countries across 3 continents.

He was the first Asian businessman in the transportation industry to be highlighted in the New York Times, on 16th May, 2007. Y.BHG DATO¡¯ DR. JEYAKUMAR is on the Board of Directors of Newcyc Vision, Creation Consortium, Trident Explorer along with several other companies.

Y.BHG DATO¡¯ DR. JEYAKUMAR is also involved in Electronic Security Solutions, Oil & Gas, Satellite Communications and Maritime supports & services.

DIRECTOR

MR. CHARLES JAMES

Charles James, a Malaysian aged 48 was employed as an Administrator and assisted in setting up MRAILS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD in Malaysia. He was later appointed to the Board of MRAILS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD in September 2009.

Charles was the head of operations and training in the hospitality industry in an established private club in Kuala Lumpur before joining MRAILS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD.

He is also on Board of Director of Trident Explorer Sdn Bhd providing marine support & services and a Director of MRAILS INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD.
